OUR APPROACH

With JR Inspections, customer satisfaction and attention to detail are our highest priorities.  We will strive for clear and focused communication to ensure everyone can understand the property.  We will always respond to any questions you may have before, during or after each inspection.  In addition, we will always work to maintain an unbiased professional assessment of each home we inspect.

THE INSPECTION

A typical home inspection includes a 2 to 3 hour on site visual evaluation of the home, followed by a comprehensive written report.  A home inspection is a systematic assessment of a property by a certified professional.  According to the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors (OAHI), “the purpose of a home inspection is to provide information regarding the condition of the systems and components of the home as inspected at the time of the home inspection.”

During each home inspection we will look at 10 main systems:

• Structure
• Exterior
• Roofs
• Plumbing System
• Electrical System
• Heating System
• Air Conditioning System
• Interiors
• Insulation & Ventilation
• Attached Garages & Carports

POST INSPECTION REVIEW

Following each inspection, we will review our findings with you.  We will go through each point to ensure you have a full understanding of the property.  If you have any concerns about COVID 19 or you are not able to attend our Post Inspection Review, we can make alternative arrangements to have our discussion via Zoom or a similar platform.
